1. Call to order

4. Pledge of Allegiance

5. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express a particular comment or concern.

-Spotlight on Learning - Elementary School Students/Staff.

-Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:

-Donation - $500.00 from Compeer Financial to Chilton FFA for students to attend UW-Platteville Pre-Vet Camp this summer.

-Donation - $800.00, Seeds of Native Pollinator Plants, and Supplies (Flats and Pots) from a Pollinator Grant for the Chilton High School Greenhouse.

-Donation - $500.00 Exxon Mobil Educational Alliance Program from Condon Oil to Chilton High School POPS Account.

6. Consent Items: (Board members may remove consent items on the agenda for discussion and/or separate action.)

A. Approval of minutes from previous board meetings, to include committee meetings.

B. Approval of monthly bills and authorization to pay said bills.

C. Treasurer/Financial Report

D. Personnel Approvals

   I. Recommendation for Hire:
      -Cheyanne Broeckel, Volunteer Softball Coach
      -Frank Wasdovitch, Volunteer Asst. Varsity Baseball Coach

7. Old Business

A. President's Report - The Board President will update the Board on various topics.
-Droid Rage Team 3381 - Open House on February 24, 2018 from Noon-2:00 p.m. at Valders High School Cafetorium.

B. Student Board Representative Report - Mr. Nathan Schmitz, Student Council Board of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student topics.

C. Board of Education Committee Reports

Policy Committee Report:
-Third Reading of Volume 26 - No. 2 and TECH Updates-Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III.

The Board of Education will be asked to dispense of the formal reading and approve the third and final reading of Volume 26 - No. 2 and TECH Updates-Phase I, Phase II,
and Phase III.

Co-Curricular Committee Report:

Finance Committee Report:
-The Finance Committee will meet on March 8, 2018 at 7:00 a.m.

Buildings and Grounds Committee Report:

8. New Business

A. Chilton Boys Baseball Trip - March 30 and 31, 2018 in Champaign, Illinois. The Board will be asked to approve the Chilton Boys Baseball trip to Champaign, Illinois. A copy of the
itinerary is attached for your review.

B. Petition to Alter School District Boundaries - 0 Hickory Hills Road, Chilton, WI. We have a request for property to be detached from the School District of Chilton and attached to the
School District of Stockbridge. The Board of Education will take action on this request.

C. Petition to Alter School District Boundaries - W4466 Hickory Hills Road, Chilton, WI. We have a request for property to be detached from the School District of Chilton and attached
to the School District of Stockbridge. The Board of Education will take action on this request.

9. Administrative Reports - The following administrators will provide administrative updates on their areas of responsibility:
