This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public hearing. There may be a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated on the agenda.

AGENDA

The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute Sections 19.85(1)(a) & (f) and Section 120.13(1)(c) to discuss Superintendent’s Evaluation and Expungement of a Student Expulsion Record.

• The Buildings and Grounds Committee met on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. The next committee meetings are scheduled on Wednesday,
June 12, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. and Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 7:00 a.m.

9. New Business:

A. Approval/Denial of Open Enrollment Requests – The Board of Education will take action on Open Enrollment requests into and out of the School District of Chilton for
the 2024-2025 school year.

B. Board Approval of 2024-2025 School Fee Schedule – The Board of Education will be asked to approve the 2024-2025 School Fee Schedule.

C. New Printers/Copiers – The Board of Education will be asked to approve a new vendor for printers/copies.

10. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(a) & (f) and Section 120.13(1)(c) to discuss Superintendent’s Evaluation and Expungement of a Student
Expulsion Record.

11. Reconvene into open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session if necessary and appropriate.

12. Adjournment
