The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute
19.85(1)(c)(e) to discuss Chilton Education Association (CEA) compensation and to
discuss consideration of issuance of preliminary notice of non-renewal of a teacher.

5. Reorganization of the Board: Mrs. Sue Kaphingst will conduct the process of nominations
and election for the Board President. Once elected, the Board President will conduct the
election process for the offices of: Vice-President, Treasurer, and Clerk.

-Depositories – State Bank of Chilton-Checking, Local Government Investment Pool-
Savings, Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region-Scholarship Funds, and BMO
Harris Bank – CESA 6 OPEB Trust – OPEB Trust Funds.

A. Student Field Trip Approval – FBLA to attend Nationals in San Antonio, Texas from
June 27 – July 3, 2019. A copy of the itinerary is attached for your review.

on their areas of responsibility:
