In an effort to better meet the needs of the community, the School District of Chilton has developed the attacthed Open Records Request Form. This form will also be available in the District Office for any community member or person who desires information that falls under the Wisconsin Statutes 19.31-19.36 regarding Open Records Laws (Board Policies 191.5-191.7). Please feel free to download the attached form and email, mail or drop off the completed form at the District Office.

At the Finance Committee held on July 23, 2008, the Business Manager presented an educational piece on Revenue Limits. It is scheduled for the presentation to be given to the Board of Education on August 25, 2008 and again preceeding the Annual Meeting scheduled for September 15, 2008. The attached "Community Fund - What it is and what it can be used for" was presented to the Board of Education on May 19, 2008. The presentation was designed to inform the Board of Education and the community as to the limitations and activities allowed to be recorded to and for which the district can levy above the Revenue Limits for.
