Notice is hereby given that the Chilton Board of Education's Finance Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at the High School building in the District Office Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

3. Verification of notice pursuant to s.19.84 (1)(f)
4. Outsourcing as a Cost Saving Strategy
5. Discuss Shared Services/Co-op Opportunities with
Neighboring Districts
6. Review Finance Committee Goals and Progress
7. Open Records Request Form
8. Discuss Purchase of a School Car/Minivan
9. Referendum Historical Results
10. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Stat.
19.82 and 19.85(1)(c)(e) to discuss administrative
contracts and negotiations language.
11. Reconvene in open session to take action on matters
discussed in closed session if necessary and
appropriate.
12. Adjourn
